Salon Policies
Please review our policies to ensure the best experience for all our guests.
Appointments
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows us to begin your service on time and maintain our schedule for all clients. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling to accommodate other guests.
Cancellations
We require 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
All credit or debit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge to offset processing fees. Cash payments are welcome and can be made at the salon, or at our on-site ATM for your convenience.
Merchandise Returns
Merchandise may be returned within one use and must be accompanied by a receipt. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange only. We are unable to provide refunds on retail products, but will gladly help you find the perfect alternative.
Service Refunds
Folie is unable to issue refunds on salon services. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 5 days. We will schedule a complimentary redo appointment within two weeks of your original service to ensure you leave loving your look.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are good towards any service or product at Folie Salon. They make the perfect gift for the beauty enthusiast in your life and never expire. Gift cards are available for purchase at the salon or online.
